Description
This vital document — also called the ARC Number or CNCA — is a requirement for cargo clearance. The ARCCLA (Agência Reguladora de Certificação de Cargas e Logística de Angola) endorses the CNCA Loading Certificate, a mandate put forth by Angolan Customs Officials since 1994.

Required when: The freight amount is not included in the commercial invoice.
- DU FileOptional
Required when: The goods value is over $5,000.
Important Notes
- The CNCA certificate must be issued prior to cargo loading.
- The CNCA reference number must be validated and declared on the Bill of Lading (B/L).
- The DU document must be present if the goods value is over $5,000.
- The importer provides a D.U. document before applying for a CNCA certificate.
- Changes to the DU(Documento Único) after validation must be handled by the importer at destination.
