DR Congo FERI Application Guide
A FERI (Fiche Électronique des Renseignements a l’Importation) certificate is required for all shipments going to the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

- Bill of Lading (BL)
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
Important Notes
- To be considered valid, the commercial and freight invoice must be stamped and signed.
- The B/L must be either non-negotiable, a verified copy, or the final B/L with both shipped on board and the issue date included.
