Sudan ACD Application Guide
Sudan requires an ACD (Advance Cargo Declaration) for all import shipments. The certificate is mandatory for customs clearance at Port Sudan and must be obtained before cargo is loaded.

Important Notes
- ACD must be validated before vessel departure.
- Packing list must detail all packages and weights.
- Confirm consignee import registration with the local agent.
- Missing ACD will prevent cargo clearance at Port Sudan.
